TRN-MJE15030 | MJE15030, NPN Power 150 Volt, 8 Amp Replacement high-voltage transistor for Williams score display power. Direct replacement for games from the mid-to-late 1980's, and can be used as a replacement for the earlier obsolete "SDS" type transistors on earlier games going back to 1977 with slight modification. MJE15030 is the NPN companion to the MJE15031 PNP transistor (below), both of which are used in the high voltage circuitry for the display power. Use 2N5401 and MPSA42 for the pre-driver companions to these driver transistors.
