If you pay via PayPal, I ship to the verified address, be sure this is the proper address and if not, let me know right away.

I ship via the US Postal Service- if you want your order sent any other way (FedEx, USPS Express, etc.), please email and we'll work out the details.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING - DOMESTIC ORDERS

For ALL domestic orders there is a flat shipping charge of $6.00
which will be automatically added to your shopping cart. There is no additional charge no matter how much you order, so stock up!

Your order will ship USPS Priority mail and will include Delivery Confirmation.

If your order contains restricted items (paint, wax, etc.) it will have to ship
Parcel Post (surface), which costs about the same, but takes a little longer.

Additional domestic services, such as insurance, signature confirmation, etc.,
are not included and must be purchased if you desire them.

Domestic Shipping Services
For domestic orders, if you'd like insurance, or signature confirmation,
just add it to your order by clicking one of these buttons below.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are welcome!
In addition to the $6.00 shipping charges applied for domestic orders (see above), there is a minimum additional fee of $3.00 for any Canadian order, or $6.00 for all other international orders, which covers MOST orders for First Class International shipping. If you prefer to have your order sent Global Priority, please choose "Upgrade to Priority" below for $20. This is in addition to the flat rate $6.00 s/h, any overage will be invoiced, excess fees over $1 will be refunded.

These additional fees are necessary to offset the additional postage and handling fees associated with international postage. There is no insurance or confirmation services available. If you prefer to have your order sent Global Priority, please

Please note that due to the US Postal changes eliminating Global Priority Flat Rate, and increased prices for International shipping, if you order causes shipping to exceed the paid shipping amount, you will be invoiced for the difference. Keep this in mind while ordering heavy items (balls, tools, etc) or large quantities of items.

Big Daddy files all customs papers on any international order
for the exact value of items purchased.
Please do not ask us to do otherwise.

Speaking of customs - On occasion, international orders get "stuck" in customs, for reasons that are not entirely clear to us. If it seems like your order is taking longer then expected to arrive, please check the customs department of your local post office. I can confirm the date your order shipped by looking up the receipt from my post office, but that's about all I can do. The majority of late orders were eventually found to be hung up in customs at the receiving post office. Please understand that Big Daddy Enterprises has absolutely no control over this and other then confirming the date we shipped your package, there's really nothing more we can do.

NOTICE
Please be aware that some items, like the Krylon Triple-Thick and the Johnson Paste Wax are restricted since they are flammable, and can only be shipped via USPS Parcel Post, or UPS Surface to Canada. This means I can NOT ship them to any other international countries besides Canada unless you want to pay the $100.00 or more that UPS or FedEx would charge for their air service. If you are an international customer and wish to purchase any of our products that are restricted, please ask for details and costs, and please be sure to include your country's postal code so we can estimate and accurate shipping cost.

Big Daddy gladly accepts PayPal payments!

PayPal makes it real easy for both of us... you order and pay on-line, I get your order as soon as you pay, then pack it up, print a post-paid label, and ship your order as soon as possible, striving for on or before the next business day.. If you use PayPal eChecks to pay, I have to wait until it clears, usually 3-4 business days. Sales tax is automatically added for you Nevada customers, and there are buttons for you international customers allowing you to purchase the necessary additional shipping and handling.

I will not accept credit card funded payments for Canadian or International orders due to the inability to track packages, slow deliveries and the fact I am helpless against credit card charge backs in these cases.

If you don't use PayPal, we accept money orders, cashier's checks or cash (at your own risk).
I am currently not set up to accept credit cards verbally.
