I ship via US Postal, and you have a choice of Economy (Ground), Expedited (Priority) or "One-Day".
These choices will be presented to you upon checkout in your PayPal shopping cart.
If you desire to have your order shipped by any other method, please email before ordering.

Please note that mail cutoff time is usually Noon Central Time, and I obviously need time to fill and pack your order.
One-Day orders are given first priority, but be aware your order may not leave until the next day.

ON A MONDAY AND THEY "GUARANTEED" IT BY 3PM THURSDAY!!!!
They blamed everyone but themselves and refused to refund my purchase.

Your order will normally include Delivery Confirmation.

If your order contains restricted items (paint, wax, etc.) it will have to ship Ground.

I try to charge fair shipping rates, if your order exceeds shipping by a large amount, I will invoice for the overage.
This usually applies when people "stock up" on heavy items such as balls, bolts, Novus, etc.

Additional services, such as insurance, signature confirmation, etc.,

International orders are welcome!
I ship via US Postal, and you have a choice of First Class or Priority.
These choices will be presented to you upon checkout.
If you desire to have your order shipped by any other method, please email.
Please note that mail cutoff time is usually 2PM Pacific Time, and I obviously need time to fill and pack your order.
Overnight orders are given first priority, but be aware your order may not leave until the next day.

First Class International orders can NOT be tracked, only Priority.

Big Daddy files all customs papers on any international order for the exact value of items purchased.
Please do not ask us to do otherwise.
Speaking of customs - On occasion, international orders get "stuck" in customs, for reasons that are not entirely clear to us. If it seems like your order is taking longer then expected to arrive, please check the customs department of your local post office. I can confirm the date your order shipped, but that's about all I can do. The majority of late orders were eventually found to be hung up in customs at the receiving post office. Please understand that Big Daddy Enterprises has absolutely no control over this and other then confirming the date we shipped your package, there's really nothing more we can do.
NOTICE
Please be aware that some items, like the Krylon Triple-Thick and the Johnson Paste Wax are restricted since they are flammable, and can only be shipped via USPS Parcel Post, or UPS Surface to Canada. This means I can NOT ship them to any other international countries besides Canada unless you want to pay the $100.00 or more that UPS or FedEx would charge for their air service. If you are an international customer and wish to purchase any of our products that are restricted, please ask for details and costs, and please be sure to include your country's postal code so we can estimate and accurate shipping cost.

Big Daddy gladly accepts PayPal payments!
PayPal makes it real easy for both of us... you order and pay on-line, I get your order as soon as you pay, then pack it up, print a post-paid label, and ship your order as soon as possible. If you use PayPal eChecks to pay, please note I will not be able to view yours hipping info on PayPal until it clears, usually 3-4 business days.

I will not accept credit card funded payments for Canadian or International orders due to the inability to track packages, slow deliveries and the fact I am helpless against credit card charge backs in these cases.
If you don't use PayPal, we accept money orders, cashier's checks or cash (at your own risk).
I am currently not set up to accept credit cards verbally.
For Cashiers Checks or money orders, please email me for the billing address and if possible, a list of parts so that I may prepare your order.
